By strategically improving the tenant mix, we not only extend existing leases but also attract new tenants with stronger rental potential, driving sustainable long-term growth and returns for our investors. Since its launch in 2022, the fund has successfully allocated all of its capital.

ABX Fund I invests in a wide range of assets and across multiple tranches of the capital structure, aiming to deliver above-market returns with strong downside protection. The fund focuses on event-driven investments, capital structure arbitrage, and opportunities that offer asymmetric risk-reward profiles. While the initial vintage of this strategy was executed on a deal-by-deal basis, ABCapital is now preparing to launch its first dedicated fund in 2025.

ABVentures Cooperatief 1 UA invests in early-stage ventures in the U.S. and EU that have demonstrated strong product-market fit and growing revenues. We secure allocations by actively engaging with management teams, offering our expertise in fundraising and customer success to support their growth. Our portfolio companies are backed by top-tier venture capital funds and often originate from leading incubators. Launched recently, the fund is on track for a final close in mid-2025.
