Jonathan Sousa

Jonathan Sousa has spent his career helping companies build meaningful and lasting customer relationships. After earning a BA in Political Science from Davidson College, he began his professional journey at Capgemini, where he discovered his passion for customer success and business strategy.

He transitioned into the tech ecosystem, joining Birst (acquired by Infor) before playing a pivotal role at Dropbox (DBX). As one of the founding members of Dropbox’s Customer Success team, he helped scale its enterprise business from a few hundred thousand dollars in ARR to approximately $80M. He later took on leadership roles at early-stage startups, including serving as Director of Customer Experience at Loom (acquired by Atlassian) and as an Expert in Residence at First Round Capital, advising over 50 portfolio companies.

Now based in Europe, Jonathan is a full-time advisor and consultant, helping startups from seed to Series C scale their post-sale functions. He collaborates with leading VC firms such as First Round Capital and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). He also actively invests in early-stage startups and leads the Venture Strategy for ABCapital.
