Brice Laurent

Brice Laurent is the co-founder of ABCapital, an alternative asset manager based in Amsterdam. He heads our asset management activities, leads the investment team for our special situation strategy, and oversees the finance and operations teams.

Previously, Brice co-founded Factris, a tech-enabled lending platform that provided over €1 billion in loans to SMEs across the Benelux and Baltic regions. He led the company from inception to 60 FTEs, with operations in four countries, successfully exiting in 2021 to a Dutch investment fund.

Brice sits on the board of Pulsar Helium, supporting capital raises, as well as SkyNRG, a global leader in sustainable aviation fuel, and Splitser, a leading group financial management app.

He started his career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London, working in the Benelux Coverage, EMEA Mergers & Acquisitions, and Leverage Finance teams. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Economics and a Master's in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and Università Bocconi in Milan.
